Co-leader

for those of you wanting to be clan leader, i would like to see some reasons behind it just so others don't feel left out and maybe a poll after i have read a few posts from people wanting to be co-leader.

kinda like doing a job application, if people find it not easy to do it me or stacyz will probably make one you can copy and paste here. hope to see some people applying.

Good topic idea rain ^_^ Hint: co-leaders need at least 2 of these 3 skills:

1. Inviting a lot of members, recruiting.

2. Getting strong players to abandon their current clan and join ours.

3. Clan statements organization, and general internet/computer knowledge for pictures and sites etc.

I think it's a great idea as well, baby... I also have a suggestion: maybe we can change co-leaders every 4 - 6 months so everyone who wants to be a co-leader can have a chance at being one. I would prefer to see one co-leader representing their village and the syndicate, if possible.

hi i'm applying for co leader and the reason i would be right for the job is by working hard to get more rep points for the clan so we can reach #20 in ranking or possibly more.
if i am promoted i will do the fallowing :
1)i will recrute more people into ower clan
2)i will more rep points to crack the top 20 or more like i said above
3)i will not sleep on the job and i will work over time when rain and stacyz are sleeping
and
4)i will teach and learn the ultimate friendship with the ichinen sanzen clan

co-leaders will still be picked even tho it is full for the moment.

I also want to become a co -leader because


1) I had an old clan and I could bring most of my old members over.
2) I know a few good players in crappy clans and could easily convince them to come over
3) I had already been improving the site
4) I am just that cool.

I could be a co-leader... (been a co-leader is a lot of not so known clans, ninjas united, devilmaycry, and some I don't remember)

1) I'm able to make stones hate me
2) I have some rules I want people to follow (don't behave like an ass, but if u do please use diapers)
3) I bet i can get a lot of people I kno to join... (many of them are genins, but some chuunin)
4 It's not very important to me becoming co-leader... I just want to have a clan I feel i belong in...

everyone is welcome in this clan, i just wish more of the clan members where more active and came to the forums

i think i should be considered a runner up if someone leaves

1)i try to recruit anyone we can use
2)i raid as much as possible
3)i've earned this clan alot of points
4)i can represent the syndicate, since there are only a handful of members from there
5)i'm already the go between for stacy and the few outlaws we have
6)i know i'm not perfect but, i try

id like to be a co-leader...but i have differnt skills...im more of an outcast and loner harder for me to make friends...so i dont kno if i could help with recuriting...but..

im very strategic

i think that i would make a good co-leader because:

1. i'm very well known cause im that cool lol
2. i can recruit strong people maybe
3. i'm a good raider when i'm needed to be
4. i'm strong and fun to be around ^_^
5. i know people =) <-- important
6. i'm always online atleast once a day

1. Kinda well known cause I'm random and funneh
2. Good at recruiting LOYAL members
3. Average strength but always fun ^^
4. I know people too >=O
5. I'm on.. A LOT (proof is in the activity points)
6. I ALWAYS have atleast a mil and I'm not stingy about spreading the wealth in a clan contest.
7. I keep involved with important things and make friends quickly

1) im on quite a bit usually

3) i aint got nothing else to do so if u ask me to do something ill more then likely do it

4) im somewhat strong

5) i keep things short and simple

this really saddens me because there are so many of you in the clan that are MORE than qualified to be a co-leader because you're such great players, so loyal to the clan. the current co-leaders are awesome so I want them to stay put but for myself, I would like to request for rain to consider using my spot to appoint a different co-leader, every 1-3 months. if any of you are feeling left out of things regarding the clan or the game, please don't feel that way. I know it seems that I'm often pre-occupied but pm me with your concerns; I promise to try to answer all queries.

im gonna see what i can do to make you all feel more then just memebers of the clan, thats why we got sites. people have come to me telling me people have ranks in clans, so i think here pretty soon ill start giving custom ranks out on the site to people who do things around the clan.

Sounds like a god plan to me.
